How to change your password?
There is a hole behind the lock.
In the unlocked Using a small to press the hole and then choose your new password at the same for time.
Finally release the and your password changed.
Please allow 1-5mm difference due to manual measurement.

for Why can’for t the lock rotate?
When the Item for Cross the ocean and delivered to your hand, the password may be correct, but it cannot be rotated.
Please don’for t worry, just pull the 3-digit password to the left and right,
then set back to 000, then hold the handle (see picture 4)
and force it to rotate right.(maybe use a little force)
